Letter Writer for Marketing Purposes

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:30 am

Marketing is one of the most valuable tools to a business, and honestly I do not think that the vast majority of businesses put enough effort into it. My business started out as a brick and mortar business, but after a few years, we took a leap and decided to become an internet-only business. It’s not a path many businesses follow but it makes sense for my business and its niche. But it puts a high demand on marketing and so I am currently looking for a sales letter writer to hire for some work. I have not decided if it is going to be a temporary need, or if I want to hire someone permanently for the task. (more…)

I Wanted Professional Letterhead Stationary

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:30 am

When I decided to start my own business, I knew that I was going to have to drum up a lot of work for myself. The best way for me to do this was to appeal directly to the businesses in my own area that could benefit from using my services. That meant that I would need to find a company that does letterhead printing in Brisbane so I could have a very professional look. I knew that this could make me or break me, so I also had to find a company that could do this at a price that would not break my bank account.

I know a lot of people handle printing of this type of material on their own, but I also knew that the professionals who did it are much better at it. I did not want to create my own template and just pull it up whenever I wanted to use it. I wanted a professional letterhead on professional stationary stock that was going to make the recipient take notice. I did not want it to look like I had just printed it from my computer myself. I Wanted Something Bigger and Much Nicer

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:30 am

My mom is thMy mom is the one who told me that leasing a condo is the best idea because you do not have a big yard to take care of or have to deal with a lot of other things that comes with being a homeowner. I thought she was right at first, but then I realized that leasing is not something I wanted to continue to do. I wanted to be part of the Capitola real estate market and buy something that belonged to only me. I did not want to have to answer to a landlord anymore.

When I lived in a condo, it was nice to not have to mow a big yard. I did not have to worry about the yard out front because the landlord kept that looking great for all of us who are his tenants. (more…)

Why a Budget VPS Can Save You Money with Your Growing Website

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:31 am

My website started out as a blog. I did go ahead and buy my own domain name I thought up. Then I started the blog using shared hosting. There was not a lot of traffic, so the low-cost shared hosting was plenty fast enough. As I built an audience, I needed to add more things to keep them interested. Then I needed more control over the actual computer where my site was shared. I needed to have certain versions of backend software that worked with the software that my blog runs on. What I needed was a budget VPS because then I could actually control things down to the operating system level.

If VPS technology was not available, I would have to get a dedicated server at the place that hosts my website. I did not have the traffic and sales to afford that. A Virtual Private Server is sort of like how shared hosting works. When you are on a shared server for your website, that means a bunch of different websites are physically stored on that computer. As requests to see pages or do things on the different websites come in, they are allocated on a first come first served basis. (more…)

Our Obsession with Perfect Teeth

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 5:30 am

Perfect teeth. It’s a trait of American beauty that we put on a pedestal which, for a lot of people, means thousands of dollars being spent at their local dentist in Grand Rapids. Is it worth it? The health of our teeth is important, there’s no denying that but are they important enough that we must shape them to perfect lines of brilliant white? It’s a wonder where the obsession for that perfected image of teeth came from; I have no idea myself but as a kid it put a great deal of stress on me due to my crooked bottom teeth. They’re hardly noticeable but they were enough for the other kids to make fun of them. My parents couldn’t afford braces for me so I’ve had the same two crooked teeth all my life and even now I have moments where I feel a certain insecurity whenever I smile. It’s inescapable.

But we continue to push forward the ideal image of what teeth should look like. It sometimes makes me wonder whether or not those advertisements are paid by the dental associaton. (more…)

A Chance Meeting at a Convention

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 5:32 pm

Falling in love is a very crazy and confusing process. It is not logical. It happens by chance. No one can predict when it will happen. It is totally spontaneous. I experienced this situation myself. I know firsthand about the mysteries of love and attraction. One example is my chance encounter with my now fiancee Yeeun. We met at a Ewen Chia convention in Atlanta. This experience brought us together as a couple. Hopefully, it will bring us together as a future husband and wife. I cannot wait to marry the woman who is the love of my life.

Five years ago, I was invited to attend a business seminar hosted by Ewen Chia in Atlanta. At first, I was hesitant, but I decided to go at the last minute. I needed this opportunity to network with potential partners and meet my future clientele. The convention was hosted a very high end hotel in the downtown area. It had almost fifty floors. (more…)

A Change from the Usual

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 1:32 pm

Sometimes I envy men because they don’t have to worry so much about their hair like women do. They certainly spend a lot less on hair products than we do. My friends and I have spent a lot of money on weave over the years. We buy the same straight hair weave every couple of weeks and get our hair stylist to put it in. The hair industry is probably making a killing from the three of us alone. Recently, I decided to take a different approach with my hair and use a curly weave rather than the normal straight one.

My friends were shocked to see that I was trying something different with my hair. I had never worn a curly hair style for as long as I’ve known them. (more…)

Getting a Nice Discount on Games

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:35 pm

I never really got into video games until I broke both of my legs in a skiing accident. I had very little to do because I had to wait for them to heal from surgery before I could even begin physical therapy. I spent a lot of time on my couch reading and watching TV, and then I turned to video games. I never realized how fun and addicting they can be, but they can also be a bit on the expensive side. I decided to do a search one day for a G2A coupon to see if I could find an online coupon that would help me save a bit of money on the cost of some of the games. (more…)

Started Working on a Little Plan

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:32 pm

Of course the big problem with my plan is that it requires that I find a fairly significant source of cash to seed the operation and so far I have not really located anything which is close to ideal. The best option that seems to be easy to obtain is this online provider of cash advance loans. The problem is that the terms on the loan are pretty high in reality. In particular it is not any where near the kind of terms that I could get if a bank was willing to come through with this loan. Obviously the bank wants to secure the loan and so they would want to be able to take some stuff away from me if I did not pay them back what I borrowed from them. (more…)

FIber Requirements in Dog Diet

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:31 am

My dog is getting a little bit older and so I want to find out some diet information that is going to help my dog to be healthy even as it ages. I just checked out this link http://www.doggybakery.org/yes-your-dog-needs-fiber-too/ and was kind of surprised to learn that dogs need dietary fiber in their diets too. I am not sure what sort of food would be best to fulfill that roll, because I usually just feed my dog cooked meat. I started feeding my dog meat a few years ago because it was an attempt to give it a more natural diet, so that is why I am confused about this fiber thing but I guess I can see it.

Anyway, I am going to learn some more about dog nutrition as I already said, my dog is getting older and I think that I need to take care of it better, to make sure that he lives to a ripe old age. More importantly, if he is going to live for a long time, I want to make sure that he is going to be healthy, or as healthy as possible. That way his life will be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I think it is a duty as a pet owner to make sure that your pet has a good life, because it does not make sense to own a pet if you are not going to do that. I would go so far to say that it is not even ethical to own a pet if you are not committed to their happiness and their well-being. But of course, I do not think that a lot of the people in the world who own pets own them for the right reasons. I guess some things will never change though.

I Used to Be an Emotional Smoker

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:32 pm

I never thought I would be able to quit smoking. I have friends who are emotional eaters, and they are quite heavy. I am thankful I don’t turn to food when I get stressed, but I did turn to my cigarettes. I was worried that if I stopped smoking, I would also turn to food and gain a lot of weight. A friend suggested I go to http://www.vapor-domain.com/best-portable-vaporizers/small-portable-vaporizer/ and read about portable vaporizers that could easily replace my desire to smoke. I had heard of electronic cigarettes, but I did not know a lot about them. (more…)

At Least My Yogurt and Cheese Will Not Make My Gout Worse

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:30 am

When I was diagnosed with gout I was scared. I knew it was a problem with the kidneys in getting rid of uric acid. I was worried that I was going to lose my kidney function and need a transplant. I learned that there is a prescription medication to help lower uric acid levels, but I am not one for pills. Plus, there are always potential side effects. Not that I would get them, but I still did not want to chance it. I was looking at http://www.craysor.com/are-dairy-products-good-for-gout/ because I knew there was a food connection with gout too. If you eat the wrong stuff, you can make it a whole lot worse.

I was very relieved to find that eating dairy and cheese helped to ease gout problems. This was really good news to me because of my fondness of cheese. I am not a fan of drinking milk, but I do eat cheese every day. I like yogurt and yogurt drinks too. I just do not like plain white milk. (more…)

News on Conflict in Ukraine

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 12:30 pm

I wonder what is in store for us in this new century. I do not like the direction that world politics are heading, and it kind of scary to be quite frank about it. With the issues in Ukraine, there are hints at a new cold war in the makings. That does not do much good for anyone, and I am not sure if the sanctions in place on Russia are going to be effective, or if they will only make matters worse. I have been reading Ukraine news recently because I feel like I need to catch up on some of the things that have happened recently.

I know that they had a cease fire in place for awhile, between the central government of Ukraine, and the new government in Eastern Ukraine. (more…)

Moved in to an Italian Neighborhood

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 12:30 am

I was not really aware that you still had these sorts of places in New York City, but I have moved in to a little neighborhood where just about everyone is Italian. Of course I am up here doing studio work and I should be up here for a couple of months at least. They brought me up from Nashville because I get along well with this artist who is difficult to get on with. At any rate I have been picking up the bocce ball rules while I was up here. I am living in a little apartment that is above a little neighborhood bar. They have really great food and I go in there to eat lunch or dinner about four or five times a week. (more…)
